The Retreat:

A spacious suite for two, with a massive king bed, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a romantic fire place, connects to a huge garden style bath.

This suite sits just 25 ft. from the river and is embraced on two sides by decks with deck furniture, a gas grill, and a private entry. It creates a spot for total escape and relaxation!

The Pond House - Great for Families:

A 2 bedroom house, with beds for 7 people. A queen sleeper couch in the living room and a twin futon “niche”.

A fully equipped country kitchen and dinette sweep into the dining and living room. The dinette and dining room tables can push together to seat 12 people. There is also a full laundry room!!!

Pond House amenities 

All units come with a Breakfast basket containing muffins or breakfast breads, fruit and cereals (special request with advanced notice). For fisherman, "free fish" allotment from the fishing pond. Pets are negotiable, a deposit required.

The River Lodge

The combination of The Retreat and The Pond House create a fully functional, three bedroom and two bath vacation condo for weekends or longer vacations for families. It is a good place for reunions, etc.

Rates

Lodging rates vary from $100-$350 a night depending on the unit and the season. There is usually a 2 night minimum. A discount applies with a stay of over 3 days. A 30% deposit is required. $15 for each additional person.
